Hey what about the 10th Annual Ice Cream Festival by the State College Downtown Rotary Club? It’s Saturday August 2nd from 10AM to 3PM on the 200 block of Allen Street in State College. Tickets are 5 for $5 or 25 for $20. A ticket gets you a sample size scoop of ice cream from one of over 30 flavors. There is also a petting zoo, bounce house, sidewalk chalk area, and more. Proceeds end up as part of club grants to local non-profits each year.
