After a brief hiatus, the Invent Penn State Venture & IP Conference returns next spring, April 15–16, and attendee registration begins next week, Nov. 23!
The Invent Penn State Venture & IP Conference is one of the largest tech startup conferences in the region and in the past has attracted more than 800 attendees, including a wide range of startup ventures and investment firms; since 2016, the conference has helped technology innovators raise millions of dollars in investment capital. Already, more than 600 innovators, investors and influences are expected to attend the 2021 event, the conference’s fourth iteration.
Over two days, investors and startups converge for more than a thousand face-to-face meetings and networking opportunities. Myriad industries are represented, from manufacturing to biotechnology, energy to health care, communications to information technology.
The conference’s highlight event is Venture Connection, which is exactly the event that allows for these face-to-face meetings, wherein carefully matched investors and entrepreneurs meet for 20-minute, brief, “elevator pitch” sessions to determine if further discussion on possible investment opportunities is needed.
Sound like something that could benefit your entrepreneurial venture or startup?
Apply to attend the Invent Penn State Venture & IP Conference. Any entrepreneur is valid for application, regardless of Penn State affiliation. (And if you aren’t an entrepreneur yourself, but know an entrepreneur who would be a great fit for an opportunity like this, you can nominate them for attendance!)
