Digital marketing agency isn’t just playing the game — it’s changing it

Even though State College-based digital marketing agency Digilatics has only been around since 2020, a quick look at the business’s reviews shows that it’s making a big impact for its clients. Since working with Digilatics, clients say they’ve double leads, broken business records and reached million-dollar revenue milestones.

It’s impressive when you consider that 2020 was a bit of a shaky year to start a business, but 2020’s tumultuous business landscape was what gave birth to Digilatics in the first place, with help from Penn State’s Fast Track Accelerator. We covered the company’s startup story last year.

Marketing manager Gabriela Paiva said, “Digilatics kicked off when our founder, Khurram Shahzad, found himself jobless due to Covid-19 and saw a huge gap in digital marketing. Transparency was the missing piece. Businesses were tired of paying up without seeing the real deal behind their spends. That's when we decided to step in.”

Digilatics, Paiva said, is built on a foundation of clear, honest insights, focusing on trust, results and “breaking the cycle of guesswork in marketing.” It’s a value proposition that the team believes no one else in the industry has, according to Paiva, fueling business growth with insights that say more than words.

“We’re not just playing the game,” she added, “we’re changing it.”

At first, Digilatics focused on the home inspection industry, making waves and teaming up with some of the biggest names in the industry. There, Paiva said, Digilatics gave business owners the data they needed to make powerful marketing decisions.

She noted, “It's all about giving them the power to see what's working and what's not, with real, actionable data, not just a bunch of numbers that don't mean much. We're talking about the stuff that matters — leads per platform, unanswered calls, how much quotes and sales are actually worth. We dig deep to show our clients their true marketing ROI.”

Now, Digilatics is expanding its efforts and setting its sights on new industries, with a particular focus on SMEs “looking to get ahead.”
