Dr. Justin Schwartz, Interim Executive Vice President and Provost (former Dean of the College of Engineering) is charged with elevating the overall Penn State experience for students across the University system. This effort encompasses the academic resources available to students as well as those geared toward life outside the classroom and after graduation, including benefits of the University’s sprawling alumni network. Co-leads are Kelly Austin (Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses and Executive Chancellor) and Andrea Dowhower (Interim Vice President for Student Affairs).

- Making paid internship opportunities possible for all students
- Enhancing the University’s commitment and offerings related to student mental health and financial literacy
